Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. coarsely crushed corn flakes, with 1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, sour cream, soup and margarine; mix well. Add salt, onion and cheese; mix well.
    Place mixture in shallow, 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle buttered corn flake crumbs on top.
    Bake, uncovered, in oven, preheated to 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
