Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together.
    Put a vanilla wafer in the bottom of cupcake papers.
    Fill with mixture 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes and no longer.
    Cool.
    Top with any type of pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.).
    Makes 12 to 16 cupcakes.
