Buttermilk Pie 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. grated nutmeg
    3 beaten eggs
    juice and grated rind of 1/2 lemon
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a mixing bowl, blend together sugar, flour and nutmeg.
    Add melted butter and beat until creamy.
    In a different bowl, beat eggs lightly and beat together with the buttermilk, lemon rind and juice.
    Add to flour mixture and blend well.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes longer.
