Rosemary Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 garlic cloves, minced
1 to 2 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 bone-in leg of lamb (7 to 9 lb.), trimmed
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. beef broth
Preparation

In a bowl, combine the garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper; rub over meat. Place on a rack in a large roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours or until the meat reaches desired doneness (for rare, a meat thermometer should read 140\u00b0, medium 160\u00b0 and well-done 170\u00b0). Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
