Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, minced
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/8 tsp. oregano, or to taste *
    prepared mustard to taste
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel, dice and cook potatoes.
    Drain and cool.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Refrigerate overnight so that the spices can release full flavor.
