Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. chives, thyme
    2 tsp. parsley
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes if skin is tough.
    If not, scrub and rinse.
    Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through.
    Place in a baking dish.
    Sprinkle with butter and seasonings.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove and sprinkle with cheeses.
    Bake for another 15 minutes until lightly brown.
