Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can pink salmon, drained and flaked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. horseradish
    2 or 3 drops Tabasco
    dried parsley flakes
    ground pecans
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly.
    Form two logs.
    Roll in foil and chill. Roll in dried parsley flakes and ground pecans.
