Chinese Eggrolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. eggroll skins
    1/2 head shredded cabbage
    1 can water chestnuts
    1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked
    1/2 head lettuce
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 lb. pork cubes
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 lb. bean sprouts
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Steam cabbage, lettuce, onions, celery and pepper until soft, but not mushy.
    Stir-fry in 1/4 cup of oil, the meat for 3 minutes. Add water chestnuts and cook 5 minutes.
    Add cabbage mixture and stir.
    Add bean sprouts and cook until soft.
    Place small amount on eggroll skin, fold and seal with small amount of egg yolk.
    Deep fry in 1/2 inch of oil.
