Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 - 5 lb. chicken
    1 or 2 lb. box of Velveeta Cheese
    1 can Rotel
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 bag of plain Doritos
    2 c. cooked rice (1 c. of uncooked)
Preparation
    Boil chicken, take skin off first, cool and debone.
    Make Rotel dip with Velveeta cheese (melt together in Microwave). Crush chips on bottom of pan.
    Cut up chicken, add to cooked rice, then add soup, then Rotel dip.
    Pour over chips and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
