Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg, separated (at room temperature)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. dark corn syrup
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk or 2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. In larger bowl, beat egg yolks and brown sugar until mixture is light in color and thickened.
    Blend in peanut butter and corn syrup. Gradually beat in milk and vanilla. Fold egg whites into peanut butter mixture.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until filling is set.
