Pistachio Coconut Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 large pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a Jell-O mold.
Chill or freeze.
