Pizza Dough(Serves 100) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. powdered milk
    1/4 c. salt
    1/2 c. dry yeast
    1/2 lb. shortening
    1/2 gal. water
Preparation
    Put shortening and water in pan and cook until shortening melts.
    Add some cold water (1/3 to 1/2 gallon).
    Add flour mixture.
    Add dissolved yeast.
    Knead well.
    The more you knead the better it is.
    Divide.
    Roll out and place filling on and bake in hot oven.
