Egg And Bacon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 c. milk
    1 pkg. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    4 c. unseasoned croutons or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Put melted butter in 11 x 17-inch baking dish, making sure to cover the bottom of the pan.
    Pour croutons over butter; sprinkle cheese over croutons and set aside.
    Combine milk and eggs; mix well.
    Pour egg mixture over cheese; sprinkle with bacon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes, or until set.
