Easy Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 small can tomato soup
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 c. macaroni, cooked
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
    1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in oil in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Add next 5 ingredients; mix well.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Drain mixed vegetables, reserving liquid.
    Add enough water to measure 1 cup liquid.
    Combine all ingredients, except potato chips, in 4-quart casserole.
    Top
    with potato chips.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
