Raisin Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
whipped cream (optional)
10-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar.
Add eggs, beating well after each one. Blend in milk, spices, vinegar, nuts and vanilla.
Boil raisins about 5 minutes.
Drain and add all to pie mixture.
Pour into 10-inch pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until pie is firm.
Top with whipped cream, if desired.
Serves 8.
