Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
12 oz. can whole corn, drained
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Blend milk and egg.
Add to dry ingredients and mix, then add corn.
In large frypan with hot oil, pour small amounts of mixture (small cake pan size) and fry until golden brown.
