Ingredients

4 c. (2% low-fat or fat-free) milk
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla flavor pudding (not instant)
1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. nuts
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Stir milk and egg into pudding; mix in saucepan.
Add rice, raisins and nuts.
Stir over medium heat until comes to boil. Cool 5 minutes.
Stir twice.
Pour into dessert dishes or serving bowl.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Serve warm or refrigerate.
Place plastic wrap on pudding while cooling.
