Chocolate Vinegar Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Sift first five ingredients into an 8-inch baking pan.
    Add the liquids and stir until smooth.
    Bake 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
