Apricot-Orange Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. can orange juice concentrate
    3/4 c. dried apricots, snipped into quarters
    12 oz. apricot nectar
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    In a food processor or blender, process orange chunks, apricots and nectar.
    Scrape into heavy 2-quart saucepan.
    Stir in 1/4 cup water.
    Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
    Reduce to medium and boil gently over medium-high.
    Reduce to medium and boil gently for 10 to 12 minutes, until fruit is tender.
    Stir in sugar.
    Reduce to medium-low and cook at slow boil for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Stir often to prevent scorching.
    Pour into hot jars. Cover and cool before refrigerating.
