Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or 3 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    If using a whole chicken, cook it and
    dice
    the
    meat. Mix all the ingredients except crushed potato chips and put in a casserole dish.
    Crushed chips to be sprinkled on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
