Honey-Grilled Duckling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 lb.) dressed duckling
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Remove giblets and neck from duckling; reserve for other uses. Split duckling lengthwise, using an electric knife.
Place duckling, breast side down, on a rack placed inside a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Prick skin with a fork at 2-inch intervals. Cover with wax paper and microwave on High for 11 minutes.
Drain off drippings.
Turn duckling, breast side up, and microwave on High for 12 to 15 minutes or until juices run clear when thigh is pierced with fork.
