Chicken Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. broth
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, undrained
2/3 chopped tomato
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Chop chicken breasts (with salt and cumin) in food processor. Saute onion and pepper in butter.
Add chicken, broth, chilies, tomato, cumin, salt and pepper.
Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Spoon 1 tablespoon mixture on tortilla chips and top with grated cheese.
Broil until cheese melts.
