Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large sweet potatoes
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. oleo
2 unbaked pie shells
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Boil potatoes; peel when tender and cool.
Mash potatoes; add oleo and sugar.
Beat eggs, milk, vanilla and spices into potato mixture.
Pour into the two pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until the mixture has thickened and pie shell browned.
