Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream-style corn
1/4 c. onion
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
salt to taste
Preparation

Saute onion in oleo.
In a large bowl mix corn, salt and eggs. Mix well.
Stir in sauteed mixture then add cornbread mix and milk. Mix together, pour into grated cake pan.
Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
