Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. water
    1 stick butter or margarine
    4 eggs
    1 box instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. milk
    1 c. heavy cream (1/2 pt.)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place water and butter in saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Take pot off stove; add 1 cup flour (mix well). Now, add 1 egg at a time and beat vigorously; then add the next egg.
    The flour mixture should be hard to stir before you add the next egg. Continue until all 4 eggs are added. Drop a teaspoon of mixture onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes; lower oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 20 minutes. Pierce each puff with a fork and bake an additional 5 minutes. Makes about 24 to 30 puffs.
