Sweet Potato Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    4 (40 oz.) cans Bruces yams, drained and mashed (mixer)
    1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
    1 egg
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    mini marshmallows
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine yams, brown sugar, butter and spices.
    Mix until blended.
    Spoon into casserole dish (well sprayed with Pam).
    Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
