Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can enchilada sauce (such as Old El Paso mild)
    1 can Hunt's chunky salsa style tomato sauce
    4 large flour tortillas
    2 c. shredded Co-Jack, Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
