Roasted Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. quartered small potatoes
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
10 slices bacon
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Place potatoes in a baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes until tender and golden brown, stirring once.
Mix dressing, bacon, eggs, onion, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Add potatoes.
Mix lightly. Serve warm or chilled.
