Moist And Delicious Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 small prunes, cooked and cut up (save juice)
    1 orange, juiced and grated
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. cooked walnuts or pecans
    1/2 c. prune juice
Preparation
    Mix prunes, orange juice and rind in small bowl.
    Next beat in eggs, sugar and Crisco until creamy.
    Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda together.
    Add 1/2 cup nuts.
    Last add prune juice and cut up prunes and orange juice and rind.
    Bake in two 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    When cool, frost with seven minute frosting.
