Tar Heel Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 c. tomato catsup
    barbecue sauce (use to your taste)
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    dash of hot sauce
    3 Tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper (use to your taste)
Preparation
    Shred or chop cabbage and mix all together.
    This makes a large bowl of slaw.
    It is especially good on pork barbecue.
