Euba'S Salmon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can salmon
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    5 c. milk
    2 c. cooked, chopped cauliflowerets
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Reserve juice. Saute onion and celery in oleo. Blend in juice and flour.
    Add milk and bring to a boil. Add cauliflowerets, salmon, dill and salt. Add cheese until melted. Add parsley flakes. If not thick enough, add cornstarch mixed with water.
