Chinese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can bean sprouts or 1 can chop suey
    1/2 chopped celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. liquid from bean sprouts
    1/2 c. uncooked rice or chop suey vegetables with enough water added to make amount
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Drain off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well; pour into a 3-quart casserole and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until rice is done.
    Stir occasionally the first 20 minutes.
    This makes a nice dish to serve at church suppers.
    Can be divided after baking and half frozen for later use.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
