Chicken Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewing chicken (3-4 lbs.)
    1- 1/4 lbs. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 pint whipping cream
Preparation
    Cook chicken, bone and dice. Combine chicken, all but 1 c. shredded cheese, green chilies, salt and pepper. Mix well. Place a large spoonful of mixture on each crepe; roll up. Arrange filled, rolled crepes in shallow baking dish (9 X 13) and top with remaining cheese. Pour cream over all. Cook at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
