Pumpkin-Maple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. imitation maple flavoring
    1 prepared 9-inch deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    In large bowl, whisk pumpkin, milk, 3/4 cup maple syrup, eggs, flour, pumpkin pie spice and maple flavoring until blended.
    Pour filling into pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 on lowest oven rack for 20 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 375\u00b0 and bake for additional 40 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cover crust with foil, if needed, to prevent excess browning.
