Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 can hot enchilada sauce
    1 small can green chili peppers, chopped
    7 oz. tortilla chips
    1 1/2 c. Mexican Velveeta, shredded
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion and drain.
    Mix chicken soup, enchilada sauce and peppers.
    Bring to a boil.
    In large casserole dish, layer meat sauce, tortilla chips and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
