Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Chill dough.
Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cook just until edges are set to get nice chewy cookies.
Makes 2 dozen.
