Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 (15 oz.) containers Ricotta cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 box jumbo shells
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook shells according to package instructions.
    Let cool enough to handle.
    Mix by hand all ingredients, setting aside the sauce.
    Spoon cheese mixture into each shell.
    Place, open shell-side down, in a baking dish, covered with sauce (about 1 1/2 cups).
    Cover shells with remaining sauce and bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
