Breakfast Coolies(Fast And Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. oatmeal, uncooked
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cocoa
    sweetener to equal 6 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1/3 c. powdered milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    May also be baked in microwave.
