Company Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. croutons cheese
    4 slices bacon, crumbled
    7 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/2 tsp. mustard (prepared)
Preparation
    Cook the bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
    Grease a 10 x 16-inch casserole dish and add croutons.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs; add seasonings.
    Pour mixture over croutons and cheese. Sprinkle with bacon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 6.
