Spoon Cornbread(Do Not Let Mix Sit) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Mazola
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 or 3 chopped chiles
    1 c. grated Cheddar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except onion, chiles and cheese.
    Pour half in greased baking bowl.
    Top with onion, cheese and chiles. Pour over remaining mixture and bake approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
