Pork Chop Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. sour cream and 1 c. milk
    1 pkg. frozen O'Brien hash browns, thawed
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Combine soup, milk and sour cream.
    Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can of French fried onions. Spoon mixture into casserole dish.
    Arrange pork chops on top. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
    Serves 6.
