Orange Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavored Jell-O gelatin
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

In a saucepan, bring pineapple to a boil. Remove from heat; add gelatin and stir to dissolve. Add buttermilk and mix well. Cool to room temperature. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into an 11 x 7 x 2-inch pan or dish.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Cut into 12 servings.
