Swedish Mocha Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. strong coffee
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. golden seedless raisins
1/2 c. sweet butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
2 c. flour
10x confectioners sugar
Preparation

Grease a Bundt pan.
Combine coffee, 1 cup sugar and raisins in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Boil 5 minutes and cool.
Cream butter, add 1 cup sugar, vanilla and one egg at a time.
Beat until fluffy.
Add dry ingredients and cooked mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
This is a moist cake and stores well.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve with hard sauce.
