Easy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

2 cans hot Western family chili beans
2 1/2 Tbsp. Crisco
4 tsp. flour
1 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. New Mexico chili powder
2 tsp. cumin powder
2 pkg. corn tortillas
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 small onion, minced
Preparation

Start by cutting corn tortillas in 1 1/2-inch squares. Put aside.
Melt Crisco in fry-pan and add flour and red chili until all mixed together. Slowly add hot water.
This will start to thicken.
