Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1 head cauliflower
    1 pkg. frozen green peas
    1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise (only)
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut up washed and drained lettuce in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Cover lettuce with sliced cauliflower.
    Add peas (do not allow them to thaw first).\tCover these layers with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with Italian dressing mix and then cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight, covered with plastic wrap.
