Cashew Blondies (Brownies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 large egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. unsalted cashews, coarsely broken (about 5 oz.)
Preparation
    Beat together oil, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth.
    Stir together flour, baking powder and salt; add to oil mixture.
    Beat until blended.
    Stir in cashews.
    Spread in a well-greased 8-inch square pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done, about 20 minutes. Cut while warm.
