Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chopped chicken
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 roll Ritz or Town House crackers, crumbled
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with vegetable spray. Combine chicken, cream of chicken soup and sour cream and put in casserole dish. Sprinkle crackers over chicken mixture. Drizzle margarine over cracker crumbs. Sprinkle poppy seeds over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
