Ground Beef-Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can niblets corn
    1 can tomato soup
    1 small (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook beef, onions and bell pepper in a skillet until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
    Drain.
    Add tomato soup, one soup can of water and uncooked macaroni.
    Bring to a boil and cook until macaroni is tender.
    Stir in corn and mushrooms.
    Pour into a large casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
    Makes 6 servings.
