Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's)
2 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients together except 1/2 of the pecans. Form into a ball. Chill ball before rolling in remaining pecans, then roll ball in pecans. Chill before serving. Can be served with crackers and/or gingersnaps.
Tastes great!
Serves about 8.
