Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Wash and dry chicken.
Dip in beaten eggs and milk.
Shake in mixture of corn flake crumbs, pepper, salt and Parmesan cheese. Bake in greased shallow baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
